      Rebecca Sangster-Kelly  has been a resident of the Oceanside area since 1994. Except for periods of time spent out of province, Sangster-Kelly has been continuously involved with the Oceanside community on several different levels.

Rebecca is bilingual in French and English, having graduated from the French Immersion Program at Ballenas Secondary School with a Bilingual Diploma. In 2009 she completed a BA at Vancouver Island University majoring in Global Studies and completed a MA in International Relations at the University of Kent in 2011. After her university studies abroad Rebecca accepted a graduate position at Chaucer, a management consultancy company, in the UK. While she gains international experience working abroad, Rebecca looks forward to returning to the Island in the near future.

I have known the Sangster-Kelly family for approximately 15 years. Their daughter Rebecca Sangster-Kelly is known to me as a hard working person and honest.

She went overseas to work in an evangelical mission for more than 6 months. The help that she provided over there is forever appreciated.

She is a hard working person and she is not afraid to take up a challenge which she will definitely bring to successful conclusion.
